Keep getting calls from this address but when I answer, there is no one there. Stupid people

This phone number had called me at least twice, and I did not pick it up by chance. When I googled it, I found this website.

Asked for Mark, I replied who is this? He hang up. I called the number back to find that this number is a non working number. Just to make sure I wasn't tripping I called the number again, same thing. I am on the do not call list, Cell phone and home phone.

"Hello, this is Heather" I get calls from this # every few days. This is quite irritating because I have asked to be removed from their call lists on numerous occasions and they still keep calling me. Furthermore, the # that they are calling me on is an emergency communication asset aboard my passenger vessel and its purpose is to function as a redundancy back up for our emergency radio gear. Any non authorized use of that asset endangers my vessel, crew and company. In effect, their incessant calls could be characterized as acts of tampering with an emergency communications system. Such acts are considered by federal law enforcement specialists as felony crimes and could be considered as acts of terrorism. Called at 10:17 AM in Vancouver, no message left. No thanks. I doubt that this is a legit TD bank call. They all come from 866 numbers, not 855 numbers. This has something to do with having a web site on the Internet.

Called at 4:03pm and there was a recording, I called the number and I got the message that the number could not be reached as dialed. My number is in the do not call register.
